There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Breakfast

Spyderlovers is a pretty diverse group coming from different walks of life and from around the globe. I was always taught that breakfast was the most important meal of the day (don’t know if I agree, for me, all of my meals are important) and with that in mind, I’m just curious as to what everyone eats for breakfast. My breakfast usually consists of two cups of home brewed coffee (Starbucks) plus a bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar and 18% cream.
What’s your breakfast?

Usually a large cup of coffee, 1 egg or Eggbeaters, a little sausage or bacon. wrapped in a small high fiber tortilla. Always low carbs. If I am on a Spyder trip it is when I do my first stop.

This isn't going to set well with many, but breakfast is my least important meal. I can get through the morning on coffee - black - and a pastry. If I'm going to do anything heavier (eggs, hash browns, no bacon - on a low salt diet) that will be mid morning and will be my breakfast and lunch.

COFFEE, COFFEE, Coffee, not nessicarely in this order, after the coffee, 2 slices of bread, one with peanutbutter, and one with some kinda meat... just whatever is in the fridge

I often skip breakfast during work days, but if I do have it its most often coffee and a bowl of cereal followed by more coffee. If I go out for breakfast its the works coffee, eggs, bacon, toast or French toast, has browns. On the weekends what ever I feel like and if I feel like cooking, other wise its coffee and cereal. When I lived in Italy espresso and some sort of pastry/bread.

I'm totally un-conventional on this ... in fact not only don't I eat Breakfast ... I rarely eat lunch :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack: ..... I'm 75 .. 5'11" ... and weigh 162lbs ..... everyone has different needs / wants etc. ..... Mike :thumbup:

Two cups of coffee. Black, no sugar of course.

Some days I will add a bowl of cereal, a BLT, or a couple slices of toast w/ sausage patty or links.

Now this sounds gooood!!!!

I don't eat breakfast... and never even learned to appreciate the smell of coffee much less the taste (weird, I know). I do enjoy eating breakfast food for dinner with a caffeine-free diet Coke or Pepsi.

When working, large latte and one slice of toast with peanut butter from a nearby (to work) cafe. Been the same for about 15 years. When at home 2 slices of toast or crumpets with honey and a coffee. Of course the real treat is when my wife decides to make bacon and eggs or when we go out for breakfast.

For the past 2 years, it has been 3 cups of coffee with cream, no sugar and a bowl of Greek whole milk yogurt with fruit (typically blueberries) and low carb chocolate granola my wife makes.

:coffee: Well I enjoy a glass of OJ.
Then a 'fresh made' bowl of old fashioned oat meal.
A spoonful of natural honey.
Trying to stay 'heart healthy'.

Sometimes I have fresh fruit and a greek yogurt.

That's my breakfast menu. .....

Usually don't eat breakfast. Just have a couple of cups of black coffee. That all changes on the Saturday morning rides with my friends. Then it's chicken fried steak with gravy, eggs, hash browns and toast. Oh yeah. Don't forget the coffee.

Not usually a breakfast person here. Coffee for sure. Unless we have a long ride coming up first thing in the morning..then will eat a simple protein and small carbohydrate…. scrambled egg or peanut butter with a whole grain toast. Also if riding will limit the coffee to one… acts like a diuretic for me which i DON’T want on a ride. :gaah:

Interesting question. When I’m on the road I eat a late breakfast, usually around 830/9 o’clock. Then I keep going and about 3 o’clock I eat a big lunch/dinner. I can get by on two meals a day, by adjusting my schedule. However normally at home, I usually have eggs and toast and I’ll add a piece of bacon a couple of times a week. And that always includes coffee and a glass of OJ.

Most mornings, coffee only until lunch. If I'm riding on a trip I may skip the coffee until later in the day.
