Brake Squeal Interim Solution

my :spyder: started to squeal bad at around 900 miles, embarrassing every
time I came to a stop or slowed down. I saw a post where someone used
a cleaner ( crc brakleen ) on the brakes. Do not have to remove the pads,
just spray it on. Got it at Pep boys, used the non-chlorinated one, don't
know if it makes a different using the non-chlorinated one. Had no squeal
at all today, don't know how long it will last but it seems to be working.ray:

CRC brake cleaner helped for a few hours for me. Hell, I used three cans. It did do a great job of dislodging my wheel LED though. Ugh.

The squeal is not completely gone as it turns out. :banghead: It is better but I wouldn't get excited about the fix.

The dealer who implemented the "fix" is Shawmut Hills.
