• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Brake pin recall

Just got back from having oil changed at dealer in Goldsboro, when I went to get the bike they told me that a recall just came in on the pin that holds the brake lever to the brake, it is a straight pin, and they have had some that vibrate out, this is for all models, The will replace them with a pin that gets held in by a carter key. They took the side off of my bike and checked it for me so I would feel safe riding home, they hope to have the pin in on Friday as they are looking for BRP to ship them out tomorrow to the dealerships. He said that the newer year models they have changed them already. I have a 2010. He let me watch when he took the side off, what a job and then to get to the pin to actually change it, is another job.So, it will sit in yard until pin gets in.Ya'll should get notice from BRP soon.
