Brake Extension Arm Question

I purchased the "RefinedCycle Brake Pedal Extension for RT (see below)

The problem I'm having is when I depress the brake pedal it hits the top of the front of the floorboard before I run out of pedal? I can't depress brake fully and the floorboard no longer breaks away....did I do something wrong? Any suggestions?

Why is it hitting; is the extension flexing under pressure? :dontknow:
Can you try mounting it up on top of the BRP arm?

Make sure your reservoir is topped off.

Mine just taps the floorboard as the "Breakaway" occurs...:thumbup:
How much more travel do you have, before the floorboard drops? :dontknow:

Curious. ....

I notice they have an BPE2 but also have a BPE1 offered. If the system is bled and at it's best you could mount the extension on top of the stock pedal to give you more clearance. I would, howerver, check to see why the floorboard is not breaking away...:lecturef_smilie:
