Battery Tender Hookup -- 2018 F3 Limited
Well …. I did it; I could not pass up the deal! A local dealer is dropping the Spyder line because they have no room to include the Ryker in their show room. So, rather than have BRP "take" the units back, they are basically selling them at dealer cost AND including the rebate. Suffice to say that I am getting a brand new 2018 F3 Limited for what many 2017's are selling for USED.
Anyway, as I will now have TWO :spyder2: (not giving up the RT), I know one will sit for longer than "normal" -- plus we keep all our vehicles on battery tenders (unless driven daily). So …. looking through the owners manual online, I did not notice that there is an "accessory" port (as in the rear trunk of the RT) that one could use to hook up a battery tender.
So, is there such an animal on the 2018 F3 Limited and I just didn't notice it?
If there isn't, any advice on adding a battery tender cable to the Spyder is appreciated …. All the best … Ann
P.S. No pics as I don't have the machine yet.
