• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Best Bluetooth Headset & Intercom?

Goal priorities:
1. Sound! The rest is pointless if I can’t clearly hear at highway speeds.
2. Wireless connection.
3. Be able to connect the following devices: Zumo 660, Samsung Facinate i500 cell phone, Ipod.
I know absolutely zero about motorcycle communication devices but have done some research and it appears that the “Sena SMH-10 Intercomand “Cardio Scala rider G4” are the best right now. Again, my top priority is clear loud audio at highway speeds. Help a dude out please...:gaah:

I've tried the Cardo-Scala rider Q2 ... it was ok at best...I'm selling it
I now have the BlueAnt Interphone F4 and I couldn't be more pleased with it...true stereo sound , excellent comm to pass , bluetooth connects to 8 different devices (including the pass) so 7 useable links to Ipod , Iphone , GPS , etc.

I have the Sena and love it, but the sound is going to depend as much on your helmet as on the speakers. Volume is limited with any of these units so if you have to overcome a noisy helmet you'll be disappointed. Forget about bass and the closer you can get the speakers to your ear, the better the sound.

After I switched our helmets from Cardo to Sena, my wife's very first comment was that the sound is better. I do miss the FM radio from the Cardo, but I would not go back to it after using the Sena.

sounds like going with Sena or Interphone is a much better choice ...the Scala rider Q2 is mono , not stereo
