• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Belt tension/alignment

Got a rock in the belt so got a new belt. I still haven't dropped the belt tension yet so I decided to do it while I changed out the belt. After a few head scratchin and cussin I finally got the tension and alignment to go hand in hand. Either I got the tension correct and the alignment was out and vice versa. Well after I was happy with both I tightened down the axle nuts to spec and spun the wheel a few rotations by hand and :2thumbs:. So now to check the tension using the kriket, it went from about 160ish to 180ish after tightning the axle nuts. Did I do something wrong?

Also while up on the stands I turned it on and put it in 1st. Let the clutch out and let it idle in gear. Is it normal to have what I would think as alot of rapid up and down movement mostly on the lower belt?

Have you taken it for a ride yet? 160 is pretty low, good chance you will get some vibration, if not, you're doing great.

Nope not yet. I read on here that it should be 160. It's between 180-200 right now. I've never had it up to see if this is the norm.
