• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bells Palsy eye problem and riding.

I have Bells Palsy and my eye doesn't blink and dries out fast in the wind. I wear a Full face helmet.

What have you folks done to protect the eye when you had this issue? What works best?

Due to multiple surgeries my eyes also dry very quickly also. I wear a pair of Wixley glasses with the foam seals under my modular helmet. Helps a lot.

Time for modular helmet

Concur with MNF3 -- a modular helmet supports a wider range of sunglasses (mine is Bell SRT with photochromic faceshield and pulldown sunshade). While I don't wear foam seal sunglasses while riding, I often do before and after (two sets, clear and dark). As well as using eye drops before and after. Bertoni sunglasses are high-end, you might want to experiment with cheaper first. Don't waste your money on photochromic sunglasses.

My ophthalmologist wants to try amniotic membranes but I'm not quite ready for that. Best wishes for your condition.
