Beautiful Adirondacks

My other half "HWPMG" and I took a ride north out of Saratoga Springs to seen the fall colors, We wanted to go up Whiteface Mountain but they weren't letting motorcycles go up, "too much ice at the top", if you look close in the first picture you can see the ice covering the trees
.
We stopped at Santa's Workshop, North Pole to put in a good word for the grandchildren. Just under 300 mile ride through the beautiful Adirondacks, life is good.

Awesome pictures! What editing software? Ice, wow, that happened quick. Another subject, must be nice having the ability to compare the old & new Spyder back to back. :thumbup:

We're heading up next weekend for a mini-vacation. I was just there last week (business) and hope the colors will hang on for one more week. Unfortunately the ride is just too long (mostly return trip blues) from Rochester, so we'll take the cage on wheels instead.

We were just up there a few weeks ago for Spyder Quest. We loved it and plan on taking a vacation up there in the spring or early summer. We have been through the Adirondacks many times but always with the truck and always on the highway headed to Quebec snowmobiling. It was awesome to get off the highway on really get to see the Adirondacks!

Thanks for sharing the pictures, I live in the NE, ( VT.) so I get to see some of the fall foliage.

About several years ago the fall foliage was very bright. If anyone gets a chance take a ride on Route 100 South to North, in Vermont. And also go to www.wcax.com for the fall foliage report. Deanna

Nice Pic's, we have good memories of skiing back in the day at Whiteface. Hope to make it back to up around there if another group run develops.
