• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It was one year ago that we were planning the third leg of the Banner Run.

For those of you who are somewhat new to these boards, read thorough the bizzarre planning, crazy driving exploits, and sheer lunacy of "the Banner Run."

Ron and I didn't make it in the photo as we had to leave before it got taken. But I remember that day. Hadn't gotten my Spyder yet. Though pretty much had decided by then that I was definitely going to get one!

It was great meeting everyone and signing the infamous banner. Got to sign the West Coast Spyder banner later in the year when Dudley and Jenn came through on their great adventure!!

Was going to get out today. But other things cropped up. Soon though.
 
It was a great day and a lot of fun though the temps are better this year:doorag:
1200+ on new ride :ohyea:The diner would be a great place for all around here to meet again good distance for everybody :ani29:

Oh the wonderful memories...Thanks for bringing it up again John. It has been almost a year since we met in Niagara Falls for our banner meet. It was on our Anniversary last year for that trip.
 
It's hard to believe that it was just about a year ago that this group from in or around the New England area have all met last year about this time at the Royal Diner in southern Vermont. It was a trip to remember for sure, especially when leaving in the morning in a snowstorm to be followed by sunny skys and warmer temps in the afternoon. I've made new friendships from that trip. It's too bad we can't get together more often. I guess we just need to plan a reunion.
