• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Baker Built Foot Wing for Right Foot Hot Air Problem?

I was wondering if anyone tried the Baker Built Foot Wing tohelp fix the hot air problem on the right foot and if so did it work foryou? I added Lamonster’s highwaybrackets and installed Spyderpop’s upper heat block off plate which helped withthe heat that was hitting my right foot while on the highway peg, but now Ihave a lot of hot air coming out of the bottom hole of my 2013 RT-S onto myright foot when my foot is on the floor board. http://www.bakerbuilt.com/bbairwings/canamaw.htmlthis site says the foot wing will cool your foot by about 20 degrees but it requires Spyderpops Block off Plate to accomplish this. :dg2:

Bought the Baker wing set at SpyderFest. They work great for defusing heat from the right foot. My ride in the Florida heat bouncing off hwy is much more comfortable due to the add on of the lower wing.

This might be the ticket. I'd sure like to see some different views of this "foot wing". I plan on getting with Harvey with Spyderpops and get his judgment first. It does look like it could do the job though.

Been through this right side heat thing on all four of the RT's we have owned. Experimented with several different and expensive solutions. Once we found the combination of Baker air wings and the SpyderPops blocker, plus removal of (or drill several holes in) the right side lower cover the problem is solved.

I also have added floorboards on my Spyder where the front flips up a bit and that too helps direct air out of the Spyder and down to the pavement.

If it still is too hot I just think back of how hot my Harley was on very warm days.
