• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bad boy horn install

Spyder ri

New member
I decided to replace my wimpy RS horn with a new "bad boy" horn. This ones a lot louder and installed easily. After trying to install it in the existing space provided for the horn, I noticed that NO Way was it gonna fit. So, I just moved it back a bit. You'll have to snip the wires and crimp on two new leads, though. Video:

I have Never used the horn on either Spyder ? Evasive actions speak louder than Annoying sounds which will only irritate people in a No Win Situation of Spyder VS Automobile?:yikes:

Both the WOLO and Stebel instructions recommend powering the horn directly from the battery using an intermediate relay to make the connections to the OEM horn switch.
I strongly recommend this. The air horns have a higher power draw than the OEM electric horn and you might burn out the horn switch.

As always, my free advice comes with a double your money back guarantee.

Nicely done..!!

looks good. I did manage to keep it in the same location also with zip ties..
