Backrest for a Spyrer RT S 2014

Hi Spyderlovers , I need a driver backrest for my 2014 rt s, I tried the stock rest but it keeps me to far forward.
I need one that adjust back maybe 2or3 positions. and how hard are they to install?

The Utopia back rest is a good alternative. It has an adjusting screw that gives you a couple inches of forward/backward play, as well as three positions of up/down.

Installation took me about 45 minutes. I am a dyed in the wool non-mechanic.

Just to confirm, that Utopia is with a stock 2014 RT seat? I am also thinking of getting a backrest but not sure which one I should start looking at......

My Utopia was for the stock OEM seat on the 2014 RT. About $249 plus shipping.

Insert Utopia mounting bracket up through the slit, attach mounting bracket to the bottom of seat pan--threaded holes already there. Attach backrest to bracket--and your done. 45 minutes for a non-mechanic.

I will see if they will sell me just the the part that attaches to the seat pan / frame ,,, if not I'll make my own .....Did it before , can do it again :thumbup::2excited: ........Mike
