Had a great time going to Tennessee, we rode thru some rain last Wed.. near Auburn, Ga... after than it was clear as a bell.. we rode the Gauntlet in North Georgia went up Brasstown Bald really enjoyed that part of the trip...... one of the riders with us... wussed out after riding in the mountains first day... so the next day we went without him.. the rest of us rode to Murphy & Deals Gap ... spent the night in Cherokee... next day we rode to Gatlinburg had lunch and walked around ... ... we met the guy that wussed out in Sweetwater on the way home sunday ... gosh it was hot on the way home digital readout on my dash read 98 degrees in Mobile, Al... whew !
I averaged 34.6 MPH on my 2014 RT spyder for the entire trip ... thought mileage should have been somewhat better.. all and all I enjoyed the trip... plan to go back next May..
