For those of you that use an Iphone plugged into your RT trunk for audio this may interest you. I liked the idea of being able to use my satellite radio app or Pandora but then I wouldn't be able to see my phone when I needed the GPS without stopping and getting into the trunk.
I shopped every electronics store I could find with no luck. I ordered a 6ft premium dockXtender from www.cablejive.com for $25.95 and installed it yesterday. I plugged it into the audio plug in the trunk, ran it from the trunk under the seat and drilled into the glove box leaving the other end in there. I can now plug in my phone, charge it, listen to the audio, and see my GPS when I need it without having to pull over.
You could do the same with a Ipod but I wouldn't see the point.
