You might want to look at Diamon R s attachment for that kind of jack.

....I have the SEARS model and have found that if you tap the release pedal with you fist it will drop about 1/8 th inch per tap which is great for centering a bolt etc.......and I lucked out on my purchase got mine on sale for $79 :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:..MikeBoth Sears and Harbor Freight sell a Jack like that... I finally sold the Yellow Jack and replaced it with the one below from HF.... Yes, it does cost twice as much, but it weighs far less and can ease the Spyder down as slow or fast as you want. I consider it money well spent!

Careful what you lift with that . . . it is only rated for 1,000. They do go on sale, regularly.
All manufacturers ..." UNDERSTATE "...the limits of their products for liability purposes. I would not attempt 1500 lbs. but wouldn't be nervous at 1250 lbs., ....but that's just me ......Mike :thumbup:
