Arai helmet question

I have an Arai Profile and I was trying to change the shield. I followed the instructions and lifted the shield to the fully opened postion. A pair of levers (one on each side) extended from the shields' side pods. I then pushed them upwards (maybe a little too far). The levers are completely out of the side pods now. They're not broken; but, I have no idea how to get them back in. Anyone familiar with how to get the levers back in?

I'm trying not to pry the side pod covers off to prevent breakage.

you can take the side panels off and put them back in and put the side panels back on, watch a youtube video on how to take the side panels off and on, once you see it, its easy, I change my shield twice a day in the summer, its a easy fix if you take your time and do not force stuff,I did break a side panel being angry at it, and there is still a hole in the wall from it.

Well, you beat me to this one Seth.... There are several good videos on the web showing the correct way to change a shield on an Arai helmet. It's one of those things where if you practice when you don't need the skill, you'll have it when you do need it.

Thanks. I found the youtube for removing the side pods. I have them off and have popped the levers back on. Now to put the pods back on and install the pinlock.
