Anyone using AVON grips?

Hi All....Does anyone have AVON grips on their Spyder? I want to change grips on my '08 RS but looking for some feedback.I like the Kuryakyn but I have small hands and find the Kury's feeling too large. Also, does anyone have a pictorial on how to remove/install grips? Thanks in advance!!
