• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone know the username of our member from Fritch, Texas? Fire swept thru the town!

I’m sure this will be moved to more appropriate forum, but I’m starting here..
We have a member from Fritch (original hometown of comedian Ron White), but I cannot remember his screen name in order to send a pm..I was hoping someone who knows will send it to me, or pm him his/herself to check if he is safe from the million acre fire that swept through his town..

By using the search function I discovered this user 'cruisinTX' is from Fritch. Not sure if this is your guy or not.
 
Here's hoping he's OK :dontknow: And the rest of the townsfolk too, for that matter! :pray:

Bushfires (or Wildfires) are not a nice thing to hafta experience, even if you are just in the threatened town, and aren't actually getting right up close and personal with them! :lecturef_smilie:
 
As a 3rd generation Texan, all our thoughts and prayers are strongly sent to his and others dealing with that mess.
