• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone ever had this happen and can it be fixed?

My TBR exhaust might be on it's way out, unless this is something that can be fixed. I noticed today that one of the rivets in the picture attached is gone and the other one is loose. There is play in the muffler where it attaches to the joint(?) that connects to the 90 degree pipe (sorry if I am not explaining it right, not sure of the technical terms for them).

Can this be fixed or is my exhaust done for? Was thinking maybe get an exhaust shop to replace the rivets much like how the fix is for the rattling heat shield on the Hindle exhausts.

Thanks for any info you all can give me.

Those look like pop rivets to me. If so, $20 bucks at a local hardware store is all you need. If you have a friend with a gun you only need 20 cents for a couple rivets.

That is probably the best way to go. How many miles do you have on that can?

Funny question as Two Bros says you should repack after every ten hours of operation.... I imagine that means if you are Seth...

I am also curious as to the miles on this can as my Two Bros arrives this week.

I had it installed after just days after buying my Spyder so mileage on it would be around 6K. I'm due for an oil change so I will just have Cowtown repack it.

Probably won't get to that until next week, is it ok to ride it as it is for now?

Thanks for all the help guys :D

2 bros pipes on my quads get repacked each season. On the streetbikes, they have held up well for 20K miles with no noticeable noise or performance difference. The 10 hrs must have been leftover in the instructions from the racing quads. If you use the inserts in them, be prepared to pack them sooner due to the increase in back pressure. Disclaimer: this is just my experience with their pipes.

I know the official repack kit is around $40... So you might want to order it in advance and sent to Cow town.
