• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi I live in Fountain Hills any dealers near me that are excellant? Dont say Desert Dog in FH not a Spyder shop and bad reviews..Thanx for any help..I have posts in RT shop forum of problems

There is only one dealer in Arizona that I consider competent and that is Sierra Cycles in Sierra Vista. I tried a couple of Ride Now shops with horrible results. Nash Power Sports were a bit better but I had problems with them too. If I needed reliable service on a Spyder today, I would ride or trailer to Sierra. I dealt with Desert Dog back when they WERE a dealer and they were good. But last time I checked, (3 years ago) their Spyder mechanic was no longer there..... Jim

Sierra Vista is over 200 away..not viable having it towed there would cost a fortune..I checked almost $500 just for tow then I would have to drive down there if it gets fixed or pay another $500 return trip....:gaah::gaah:

What do you need to have done?

My wife's Spyder came from ride now as did the V-Strom I had and I didn't have any problems with them at all in fact they were very helpful.

I rented a trailer for my 2014 RTL from Tractor Supply in Apache Junction. Their cost was $25.00 per day. I rented their trailer for 5 days without any problem and the Spyder fit perfectly. This was just one year ago..... Jim

Did you check to see what Sierra Cycle would charge to come get your bike? I know they routinely come to the Phoenix area to get bikes. Good luck..... Jim
