• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Another air bag failure.

2021 Sea to Sky found air bag leaking on the bottom of the bag. Only have 4200 miles on it. Can't get into any dealer for several weeks.

What really ticks me off is I rode Goldwings for over 40 years and over 600,000 miles and never had one in the shop.

The "norm" seems to be to "blow the customer off" by stating it will be several weeks before they can or will service a new bike. A $30K top of the line machine should not have to wait weeks for service. What do they do for "emergencies?"

Sounds like crappy customer service to me. Take the money and run, let the customer be darned. :gaah:

I would be talking with BRP about the dealer. If your dealer wants to continue to play games with you, please feel free to post a review about them.

This seams to be becoming a common problem with S2S spyders. My rear suspension was over-inflating the rear airbag. Reset the rear suspension height using BUDS2 and now it inflates and rides as it should.

Go and work in the service department of your dealer and see what you have to put up with. Look at how many new units go out the door daily. Majority of them are multi brand dealers. I always tried to treat everyone that came in the way I wanted to be treated. We were a small town dealer I don’t think I would like working at a big city dealership.
