• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2012 RT. with 48,000 miles on it. I have never changed the anti freeze on it. Dealer says I shouldn't be too worried about it. Just was wondering if & when it should be changed? Thanks!

Probably be safe for a while either way.

the owners manual recommends it at 14000 miles or 2 years. I did mine at 14000. That was in 2016 after 4 years. I checked the antifreeze and it was worn out. I was going to do it myself but ended up having the dealer do it. I am glad I did. According to him the drain spout is only pushed in and comes out easily thus needing a trip to the radiator shop. They removed a hose to drain the coolant. you can get a tool to check the condition of your coolant at any auto parts store. My experience is that after 4 years and 40,000+ miles your dealer is up in the night. BTW congrats on riding your Spyder a min of 10,000+ miles a year.

Test strips

Auto parts stores have test strips. Dip and compare color. If it is ok, great! If not, drain and refill!
