• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

American Cancer Society Spyder Ryde

ACS Spyder

New member
Hello, my name is Greg Johnson. I'm a 40 year old disabled American who has been out of work since 2009. I have been trying to find a way to give back to society, and it came to me after my best friend lost his longtime girlfriend to colon cancer in April. I have decided to dedicate the rest of my life to raising funds for American Cancer Society. I need help raising funds to get a 2015 Can-Am Spyder RT. I want to organize a 3000 mile cross country Spyder ryde in October to raise funds for ACS. I plan on doing monthly regional or national trips like this. Please visit and donate. www.gofundme.com/acsspyder Thank You

Greg, you also posted this yesterday in another forum category, and you later added a link to a GoFundMe.com campaign that said your goal was $40,000.... $30,000 for the bike and $10,000 for gear and travel expenses. Not that it really matters, but the link you provided here took me to a 'campaign not found' page. I am truly sorry if you are, in fact, disabled and out of work. Either, or both, of those issues are difficult to deal with. On balance, however, your request for donations (sort of) on behalf of the American Cancer Society and the explanation around it has hair all over it. As a matter of fact, I personally don't believe it. I was going to let this go, until it reared its head again today here, but since you've persisted I just thought I'd weigh in.
