• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ALTIMAX RT43.. how mine are wearing

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
These are 175/65-15 ( using 17 PSI ) on the FRONT of my ( basic ) 2014 RT .... I put these on 9-30-16 @ 26831 mi. and the Netzley's did a Lazar alignment the next month ..... Now I have 51,799 mi. so = 25,000 +/- to date .... how are they wearing ??? ... since I will re-place before they are bald, I measured from the WEAR bars inside the tread .... they are wearing equal across the tread  .... got 3.1-2 mm (0.12 in.) ..... the total tread depth 5.1mm (0.20 in. ). so I'm quite happy with a very sticky tire ( wet & dry ). I didn't measure them when new :banghead:.... I will when I re-place ..... Mike

Thought you were a Vredestein guy...?

I am,..... I bought the Altimax 4 years ago ( as stated in my above post ) .... I discovered the Vredestein's 6 mo. ago. They will be my next tires - unless something better is designed.....Mike .....
