I am almost new as a Spyder owner with an almost new Spyder!
A while back we bought a 2011 RT and I drove, wife did not have her motorcycle license.

Then we decided we wanted to upgrade to a 2014 RT to get rid of the rolling percolator/oven. We got a really good local deal on a new cognac 2014 RT Limited.

About the same time the wife decided she wanted to get her license and the new Spyder would be hers so I got me a 2-wheeler, a Honda NC700X DCT.

I really love the 2-wheeler and have got it all farkled up the way I like it however my knees have been getting worse and I have been getting more afraid I was going to roll to a stop and fall over if one of my knees gave way.
Today I bought a 2013 RS SE5 with 530 miles for a deal that was hard to pass up! The former owner bought it for her transportation but didn’t like how the helmet messed up her hair so she replaced her Spyder with a BMW (car!). My wife took me the 110 miles to pick it up today and with only a 4% chance of rain I was going to ryde it back home. We got about 40 miles down the road in a very light sprinkle and suddenly the floodgates opened and I got completely soaked. I guess I could have taken my rain gear? So it’s a good thing she insisted on pulling our trailer. The RS went on the trailer for the rest of the trip.
So I am an almost new Spyder owner, having come back. An my RS is almost new.
