• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Almost brings a tear to my eye...

ALMOST BRINGS A TEAR TO MY EYE ALSO

But I don't know why, because I can't see anything except that little page icon...and when I click on it nothing happens ???????.....Mike Don't know what's going on here but now I can read the Post !!!!!!

There were numerous instances of fires on early models. I believe it had something to do with a fuel system malfunction/design issue. I'm sure someone here knows more.

Not much left to salvage.

It almost looks like the heaviest damage was up front, and that would lead me to believe it was electrical. Sad regardless and a yellow Spyder makes it even worse to stomach. :(

I think I'm gonna be sick...

Between the Spyder's troubles and Judge Judy; I ain't ready for this kind of start to a work-week!:barf:

:agree: Bob... this has not been a good start for my week as well!! Nancy Grace doesn't help at all!!:yikes: At least my Spyders are not having issues!:pray:

Apparently someone has plans for it. There is 18 bids on it right now. Really does not seem like there is to much to be salvaged though.

Wow! I wouldn't have thought that there'd be that much interest in it... Whatever's left has been thoroughly cooked, so other than the muffler????

You can even see that they already took off some of the foot pegs too. Looks like someone is going to pay over $1000 for a rear fender, rear wheel, turn signals, and maybe some other plastics.

I wouldn't trust that any of the electronics, lighting or plastic is salvageable; heat does funky things that usually ain't pretty! :gaah:

looks like to me after seeing all the pics that theres alot of salavagable parts from the rear end the rims seems ok what about the rear wheel spocket looked ok,muffler i think at a 1k thats got to be a bargain considering what parts cost these days.just my opinion:dontknow:
