• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Air Horn Location

My wife bought a 2012 RS. She wants an air horn on it. I'm planning on installing a Wolo Bad Boy horn, but need to know a good location to mount it. Any suggestions?:dontknow:

GeoffCee mounted a Stebel, and left a very complete and accurate accounting of the process...
I think that it's in the "My Modifications" area...

This is where I have mine. The Bad Boy Air Horn is bolted into one of the support for the plastics right behind the fuze box. And the relay for it (sold seperatly) is just above it in the pic.

Been there, done that.

Thanks Bob, but her bike is an RS, not an RT. GeoffCee had a great set of instructions and I used them on our RTS, but the RS doesn't have that convenient spot to place the horn.

I put the air horn on my wife's RS on the other side in front of the air box. I just made an 'L' bracket and bolted it to the frame with a small muffler clamp. Lots of space there.
