is starting to go through menopause and her doctor is treating her with male hormones. so she called her doctor to ask her to lower the dosage and her doctor asked why, she told her that she was starting to grow hair on her chest and the doctor asked her how much hair is growing, so she told the doctor that it was quite a bit and it went down her chest all the way to her testicles
