• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A different use for a hedge trimmer

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
My driveway has a portion that has a steep rocky bank, where I have two 2 X 12's . One end is resting on four milk crates ( two high ) I mostly use them to drive my lawn tractor onto so I can clean the under-side of the 54" mower deck with a garden hose .... well the grass grows quite well there and I could only use a String Trimmer to clear it .... well today the grass and plants were so thick the Trimmer wasn't doing a very good job .... Then I thought of trying my Electric Hedge trimmer :clap::clap: It worked waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the String Trimmer and waaaaaaaaaaay faster .... good luck .... Mike

Another way to clear the slopes.......

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack: You have no idea how strong these Plastic milk crates are .... I once used four of them, one under each tire of my toyota echo ( 3100 lbs.) .... each one had a 3/4" piece of plywood on top of it ( under each tire ). NO I didn't go under the car, but the car was stable ..... Mike
