• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

5876 mile trip out West

We've been back for awhile, but just getting around to posting about the trip. We started out leaving from Iowa on July 1st and road to San Francisco. Then up the West Coast and over to Seattle for a Mariners game (number 17 for MLB ballparks). From there we rode to Yellowstone National Park. Guess what the second most photographed thing in Yellowstone was (right behind the Buffalo)? We stayed at Yellowstone five days riding and walking throughout the park. The folks from the Far East loved my wife's Spyder and every place we went they were wanting to take pictures and ask questions. We left Yellowstone and road to Estes Park Colorado to visit my wife's parents who live there. From there we made tracks for home. All total, we were on the road 17 days. By the time we got home we had just passed the 12,000 mile mark. My wife just got her Spyder the 3rd week of March. Time to change the rear tire!

Sounds like a great trip. Glad your back safe and that you had a grand time. I know what you mean about the picture takers. We ran into the same thing on our trip through the national parks in Utah.
Sounds like it's time for a car tire on the rear.

Sounds like a wonderful trip. That's a lot of miles in just 17 days!

2nd most photographed thing in Yellowstone? Old Faithful???:dontknow:
