2016 Minnesota Ride Schedule

Well here it is....our 2016 Ride Schedule. As always this is what we'd like to do and that dates and destinations are subject to change. When and if that happens we try to get the message out as soon as possible.

March 26: In Shop Talks at Caswell Cycle at 1pm; Present new machines, accessories & clothing, tech and mechanical tips, and group riding safety. Treats will be provided.


April 23: Cheese Run/NE Wisconsin Ride
May 28 -30: Onalaska, WI - joining the 2nd Annual Spyder Spin
June 11: Minnesota's Largest Candy Store, Jordan, MN
July 23: Brunch at Flagship and Parade - Leaving at 9am
August 12-14: Spyder Rendezvous, Johnson Creek, WI
September 3-5: Up North to Bemidji (Dirt Town)
October 22: Brunch Color Run and Pot Luck - Leaving at 9am
November (date to be determined): In Shop Talk
December (date to be determined): Toys for Tots Drive


Looks to be a fun riding season with a variety of options, day rides and a few overnighters too. Any of our rides can be turned in to day rides or overnights if you so choose to extend your stay in an area or cut a weekend trip short if need be.


Please arrive for the rides with a full tank of gas, rain gear (yes we ride in the rain), layers (it is Minnesota ya know) and an adventurous spirit!


All day rides leave from Caswell Cycle in Mora, MN at 10am sharp unless otherwise stated. Come a bit earlier to sign in, draw your card for your Poker Hand (best hand at the end of the season wins a great prize provided by Caswell Cycle), and do a little pre-ride chatting and shopping.


This year we will have a State Park Challenge...challenging our riders to stop at as many Minnesota State Parks a possible...I will be sending out a list and the rules very soon and will have copies of it at the rides too. The cost to participate in the State Park Challenge is $5...all money collected will be turned into a Caswell Cycle Gift Certificate presented at the year end Pot Luck in October.

If any other Spyderlovers are visiting Minnesota at the time our rides we would love to have you join us!

The rides in red font are the ones we needed to change. The Candy Store does not open until late May....who knew....well a few of our Minnesota Spyderloves! The dates of the rides did NOT change, just flipped the destinations.

Well here we go again: Please note that the date for the July Ride has changed to July 30th, blue font. After some checking on the date for the Parade we discovered we were wrong...I know, hard to believe, right! Hope you can all still make this ride.

Please note that our October ride date has been changed from the 15th to the 22nd. This has been a season of change and shift. So glad you all are so flexible. As you in a few weeks. More info on the ride and pot luck will be shared soon.
