There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. 2015 F3 SM6 Clutch slave cyclinder failure.

So, I have a 2015 F3 SM6 Spyder, and at 4k I encountered a slave cyclinder failure. It appears to be a Brembro part, but I could not find the part or a rebuild kit for the slave, so I ended up with a $200 part from Can Am to replace the slave. But you have to pull off the drive sprocket to get to a bolt that holds a plastic piece under the drivers side motor, and I am looking for info on how to pull the drive sprocket?
I came across an open recall on the front sprocket failure on 2015-19 Spyder F3's, and replacing the cyclinder was not a difficult job, just time consuming. if you have a 2015-19 Spyder F3, check for the recall.

What symptom were you having to determine the slave cylinder was defective? Reason for my question, is because I have the same year and model with the bike creeping, hard to get it into gear, and it would not go into 5th unless the engine was off. I changed the slave cylinder, the gear position sensor, and bled the clutch fluid.

None of these corrected the issue until I happened upon a post by another Spyder owner of the same year and 6 speed manual trans. There's a nut that holds the clutch plates or keeps the clutch basket parts aligned correctly that did not have the proper loctite or in my case, any at all. I told my dealer about it, loctite was added, and so far, it's been well over a year with no problems since.

Just an idea that it may be happening on your Spyder too. My understanding is that the 2015 model may be the only year affected, but that may not be the case.
