• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

In one of the threads about the new 2013 models, someone had asked for a visual of the 3 models side-by-side. This may not have been exactly what the person was looking for, but it's a nice comparison of the RS, ST and RT and the relative seating position.

It's really depends on the size of the rider though but it does give you a good idea if the same size rider sits all each bike.

1000 thanks Faran .. not exact what I wanted
does anyone know whats the difference from the new RS seating position to the old one ?? would it be possible to change the handlebars of the RS to the ST ??
whats the height of the backseat - does the passenger look over the head of the driver ..
its not so easy to find out whats the best solution ..

Thanx, Faran/Lamont. Anything is helpful, at this point, but, at 5'6", I think I am going to have to wait until the local dealer has an ST on the floor before I decide between the ST and RT. I know I like the seating position on the 2012 RTs, but I am really hopeful that the ST can be my machine. Time will tell, but I HATE the wait! :sour:

I'm only slightly taller than that and I found the ST seating position to be just right. (I do have longer legs for my height than average and still found the slightly bent position with the floorboards on the ST to be very comfortable.) That's still just one person's opinion. You're right in that the best thing is to just get on one and try it. I hate waiting too!:banghead:
