2011 RT/SE5 - HCM Filter Bolt TQ's?

About to do an oil change and can't seem to find the TQ values for the HCM filter in the manual. I found the Engine oil filter, and it states 97 in-lbs. And 15 ft-lbs for the 2 drain plugs. Anyone know the TQ by chance? I'm thinking it should be 97 in-lbs, same as the Engine Filter but wanted to make sure.

Both filters have the same torque spec. 97 in-lbs.

Actually, IMO, the torque for those screws isn't particularly critical. The seal is made by the O-ring so the screws have to be just tight enough to keep the cover snug against the block and not work loose.

Be careful do not confuse in/lb with ft/lb I do it by hand even though I have torque wrenches in /lb and ft /lb
