• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

this is my very 1st F3 Farkle....

i like to carry an air pump, tire repair kit, 1 qt. oil, locking cable & a rag...
with the FALSE BOTTOM, i can store that stuff in the very bottom, put the
false bottom on top to hide that stuff, and it gives me a clean looking
area... i relocated the 'owners manual' envelope with velcro under the
false bottom... i also made one for my RS too, and it worked out well...
Floor Boards are next...

Nice Job !:firstplace: I like the clean look, more usable space on top of false bottom:thumbup::thumbup:

Neat idea and good job on the false bottom. Based on the 3,600+ miles I have on my Spyder, an extra quart of oil will be needed only in event of a catastrophic failure. JMO.

Nicely done! I've got my mini compressor and tire repair kit sitting in the bottom of my frunk too. That really cleans up the remaining space.

Very cool..!!

nicely done. Cleans up nicely with the lid. Not much room left...unfortunately...

Half Helmets

My wife & I wear half helmets and she keeps hers in a helmet bag. If it were just me riding I could see having the false bottom under my own helmet. However with two of us it will more likely be hers in the bag under mine in the frunk. Nice idea though!!

Ben

Is there still room for the one helmet that an F3 rider needs ? Just wondering.

Ben;
FULL FACE, NO....
3/4 HELMET, NO...
1/2 HELMET, YES...
i tried all 3 and the FULL FACE doesn't even fit when the False Bottom is remove, and all the other junk is too....
the 3/4 fits with NO False Bottom, but NOT with the False Bottom....
the 1/2 helmets fits, but is a tite squeeze...
hope this helps....
