• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2010 RT-SM5 Stalling

Yeah Bob it does. This only happens after bike has been ran for awhile. First few miles of stop and go are no problem. But after 20-30 miles is when conditiin surfaces.

    License Department Of Public Safty

FYI IMHO once you obtain a MC endorsement... NEVER !!! NEVER !!! EVER !!! let it expire. it may cost a couple of extra bucks when you renew your license... but it is well worth it as the years pass. I was first licensed in 1967, when I was 14 (and you could legally get a mc license...

    Spyder fires

PACKING the gas in at a fill up, does nothing more than fill the evap-canister. the same as it does in cars/trucks. so... when the nozzel shuts off. STOP!!! if you pack more fuel in... it will smell for a while. if you don't pack it in... you simply get to have a stretch break sooner. stink...

    What's your Spyder's Top Speed?

the most I was EVER able to get mine to was... 132mph. this was on a LONG, downhill (4% grade), straight away. don't know if it would've gone much faster than that.... but I was about to run out of room, it was about my comfort level, and there was a state trooper set up over the next rise...

    Question for do-it-yourself oil changers . . .

side note I have 43,000 on my 2010 RTSM5, and have changed the oil myself, the last 13 times. I change it every 3K, and on the last change, the magnetic plug sheered...:yikes: in a panic of having the damn thing stuck in the pan, I reached up and was lucky enough to be able to unscrew it by...

    600 Mile Service

one additional suggestion... don't be a Fender Leech !!! nothing worse... than a customer who stands around and watches a tech work on their vehicle. its annoying, distracting and a setup for failure and possible mistake. proficient techs have a routine and sequence to do certain serivces...
