• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Throwing in the towel!!!

I have no intent in bad rapping the spyder product. I own two of them. I have over $40,000.00 invested between both bikes. This is a dealer issue who indirectly represenst BRP (and not very well) Having my bike towed 100 miles to the next dealer at my expence (16 miles= $150.00 100 miles...

    Throwing in the towel!!!

The wife loves hers and wishes to keep it. It runs great (so Far) 7000 mile no issues. And yes this is a dealer issue. At this point I am held hostage by the dealer. I'm sure BRP could care less I'm only one customer. I'm also sure BRP will honor the warranty claim but I still don't have my...

    Throwing in the towel!!

I don't blame BRP for this I am truly disapointed in the servicing dealer in this case. Mechanical stuff fails that why there is a warranty. If I could have done this repair my self I would have skiped the dealer ,but BRP won't pay me to do my own warranty work. I have owned over 100 diff...

    Water pump failed!!!

Well it looks like it's gonna be another week before the dealer gets the water pump in the RT finished. :banghead: I'm tempted to have my selling dealer it pick up and finish the repair? just not cost effective since hes is 100+ miles away Guess I'll just have yo man up and wait. :chill:

    Water pump failed!!!

Yep, 1st thing we checked was the clamp but when we fired it up anti-freeze poored out the weap hole. The manual says to replace both the water & oil shaft seals when replacing the impeller? Hope the dealer reads the book!! Will update when I find out what caused the water pump to fail. :dontknow:
