• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Made my 1st LD run in Pittsburgh city traffic today and it was quite the experience. As this is my very 1st motorcycle (at 56), I could not wait to get my knees in the breeze, and now that I have, I have that riding a bike is very cathartic & very therapeutic. Now I finally get it and way people...

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

Just an update on the seat. It is the Can-Am heated comfort seat. I did confirm that all of the additional add-ons are directly from BRP.

They did leave the mount, and it's hardwired to the bike. Not sure why, and the dealer said the former owner took the head unit with them.

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

One last update. I pulled the trigger and I'll be picking up the 2020 RTL this coming week. It has some add-ons that I didn't see when I first saw the bike pix. Top box luggage rack, 2 water bottle holder (not going to be able to get anything bigger in them than 12oz plastic water bottles), rear...

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

I went and test drove the 2020 RTL that I had mentioned and found a monkey wrench in the process. The bike does not auto downshift. I was cruising at 55 mph in 6th and when I started to brake, I noticed the bike was still in 6th but I was at 40 mph. I hit the brake again, got to 30, and the bike...

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

Ok so a quick update. I am going tomorrow (9/26) to look at and test ride a 2020 RTL Chalk Metallic - Dark Edition with 7,294 miles and list for $19,084 out the door with tax, title, etc. Hope if all goes well, it'll be coming home with me. Once again thank you everyone for you much valued and...

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

Thank you everyone for your responses and insight. I got to take out a 2024 RT Limited and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed. I initially took it for about 2 or 3 miles and returned to the dealership, as I know some places frown on anything more than that. The owner of the place was...

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

I know that this topic has prolly been more than likely covered ad nauseam but I am new to this whole world of motorcycle riding and I am looking to get my feet wet. I am in the process of researching my first bike and I’ve been all over the place, reading & watching videos, on the HD Tri Glide...
