• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can You See Me Now? New lights fitted.

You are certainly well lit, but you could have a fire breathing dragon up front and some would miss it!

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

I have decided to go with the Vredestein 205/60/15 tyre, mostly because of the comments from BajaRon and others. The forums in my country are fitting Kendas and I have taken notice of this forums comments. I will put my thoughts here when it gets fitted

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

Thanks for all the input, I now have a serious dose of "google mania" from all the searching, eyes and brain burnout. Will try to make a decision tomorrow.

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

Thanks for your reply BajaRon. 50 degrees would be my only concern in Scotland but would drive accordingly. If I choose this tyre, what is your suggestion for running psi?

Has anyone used a Toyo PXTR1 91V Rear tyre? Thoughts, opinions?

Has anyone on here used or have an opinion on a Toyo PXTR1 91V tyre? The original fitment is bald and I don't seem to have a lot of choice in Britain

Be careful of advice... Never Grease your Sway Bar bushings!

@BajaRon, When I was an electrician, I often gave people free advice, but very often a "smarter" man would say different, making me wonder why we bother at all?!

I guess I'm just not a Twisties guy!

After some True Can-Am insight - will I be making a huge mistake buying the RTL or F3?

A year ago we went to try out the trikes. The F3S was deemed "a hooligan bike" by my wife; after that, we tested the RT, and they are totally different. We bought the RT and like it so much we have sold our 2 wheeler 2 weeks ago because we only used it for 60 miles in the past year! Whatever you...

Changed my Spark plugs/HCM filter/oil and filter/fuel filter - Shifts better now!

Any dealer/workshop who uses inferior products of any sort should be hung by the balls, it's as bad as theft in my opinion

Rear axle nut cover fell off - doesn't 'snap' on! Anyone lost one?

The left cover on mine "disappeared" after it was serviced in June. Pleased that it doesn't seem to be important!

    The things you learn...

It's known in Scotland as "the Can Am clunk", and it doesn't always occur, but it seems to be the "norm"! I love my Spyder, on Tuesday I sold my VN900 which I have enjoyed for 5 years. I rode it last Saturday for the first time in months, and I enjoyed it - to a point. Clutch and gear...

    The things you learn...

I did exactly the same - habit. After reading the do's and do not's, I put that habit to bed - what a difference!

Battery/Starting slow spin - is this common & why doesn't it start like a normal motorcycle?

Really don't understand why anyone would fit anything but the recommended part

I bit the bullet and upgraded my 2023 Spyder RTL front suspension... Color me happy!

The only mod on my Spyder is a rear brake light on the top box. I have now done 4800 miles and am quite happy to ride the "raw" machine. How it handles is how I handle it, and my mates on 2 wheels are quite amazed at how it goes, especially on twisty minor roads.
