• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need Interest: New Can-Am Motorsport at New Track

I rode my spyder around NJ motorsports park earlier this year at lunch time during a track day event so just myself and a good friend who was the main attraction at the event was on the track at one time and he was on a two wheeled bike. It was a lot of fun but I would think if you put a bunch...

    BRP Oil

After having my clutch replaced (SE5) due to not using BRP's oil I will only use their oil now as I was told they would not replace it under warranty again. The first clutch lasted 4000 miles using Mobil1 motorcycle oil, the current one has nearly 3000 miles on it using BRP's oil. Like someone...

Any Merit to being able to turn on Rad Fan?

I installed one on my bike. If you search for it someone wrote up a nice how to guide. Just like you if I know i'm sitting in traffic i'd rather turn the fan on before allowing the bike to get hot enough for it to turn on, on it's own.

    air filter change

It pulls out the right side but you'll be :gaah:and :cus: a whole lot during the whole process. I don't think there was much engineering going on when they designed the air box for service.

Clutch tension relief - any ideas?

Don't use the clutch on upshifts... always an option and No it won't hurt anything if you let off the gas and then upshift. Air shifters and more recently electric shifters just use an ignition kill to take the tension off the transmission for a split second while it makes a clutch-less upshift.

    South Jersey?

If anyone from the area is on facebook you can look me up. My email is [email protected]. I belong to a motorcycle group called South Jersey Motorcycle Riders. There are always fun rides being planned and I seem to have the only:spyder2: so far and wouldn't mind some other 3 wheeled company.

    Spyder dealers in DE

I've been to the dealer In hammonton which is only about 25 minutes from where I live but would never go back again. J&J are awesome as is their mechanic CJ. NJ/PA dealer frustration mounts

I'm from southern NJ and the best experience I had with a dealer is J&J cycle in wilmington DE. Small place, but they really take care of you and the mechanics name is CJ, super nice kid. He took me in the shop while he did my DPS recall in front of me. I couldn't be happier with them. It is a...

    RS semi auto clutch problem

I have a 2010 RSS with the semi automatic. Now with 4600 miles on the odometer my clutch started slipping. I've used amsoil in the bike since it had 600 miles on it and just changed it for the 3rd time once I realized the clutch was slipping hoping it would somehow solve the problem which it...

    anti-freeze

In all of my track day bikes it was required to use water only, the only thing you were allowed to add to the coolant was water wetter. I never had a problem and I rode on the track for nearly 10 years. Your bike will run cooler with just water and water wetter over a mix with antifreeze...

I read everyone's post and I must be the only weird one who uses automotive wax. Works great for me and makes it easier to clean the bugs off too.

    Product(s) review

I have the fuel pressure set where they suggested (60psi). The popping is still there but it's at least 50% better and I could up the pressure some but I assume that's only going to cost me mpg so i'll live with the little bit of popping I have. I don't have a juice box or power commander and to...

Race air flow system, O2 Modifier, Fuel pressure regulator I know a lot of people have already done these mods but I’d just like to report my take on them. To give you a little history I’m 37 and have always owned sportbikes. I favorite ride is still my Honda RC51. The first twin I’ve ever...
