• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Brake Failure RT - Can I reset the fault codes?

    Maybe on the 2012 it works, mine is a 2010 and after thorough brake bleeding & etc the brake failure will not reset, I have tried this maybe 50 times, there is no air in the system, all components function as designed but i cannot get it to reset, I think the 2010 needs Buds to do this.

    YEP, 'we are in a condo here in Punta Gorda and with the storm shifting SE more I expect we will see weather similar to when Charlie came through in 2004, that wasn't any fun either. Thanks for the concern, we will all need to help each other !!!!!!!!

    RT-L Liner weather strip torn away from liner - any fixes?

    I have a 2010 RT SE5 with the OEM liner like that and I have re glued my weather stripping on several occasions. I used Weldwood contact cement and it holds up pretty well.

    Anyone tried Two Motohorns? Any differences 1 vs 2? in dB rating?

    I installed 2 Motohorns, but they came as a kit, one is 400HZ and one is 500HZ. Together they are considerably louder then the stock single OEM horn!!!!! Very easy install on my 2010RTSE5 except the frunk needs to be removed to gain access to the OEM horn wiring.

    General Altimax question - why run 215/60R15 instead of 225?

    I put the General Altimax 225/60/R15 on my 2010 RTSE5 approximately 20K miles ago. I ride 2 up 90% of the time, run at 18psi with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

    I had similar issues with my 2010 RT SE5 and a new battery plus cleaning ALL of the ground connections solved my problem. My battery was the OEM and 6 years old at the time.
