• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    It Broke!

And The Verdict is..... Engine teardown is completed. A keeper on one of the exhaust valves on the #2 cylinder slipped up on the valve stem allowing the valve to drop down and strike the piston. Now for the good part... the valve was driven back up, the stem was slightly bent and lodged in...

Started riding in the mid 60's. A couple of years later met x-wife, couldn't afford both on a junior airman's pay. Bye to the bike.... Jump forward 40+ years. The urge to ride again has become overwhelming, but there are a couple of problems, need to have storage for oxygen tanks so I don't...

    Miles Traveled in 2011

From 1 Jan 11 to 1 Jan 12: 9507 miles. Not as much as I anticipated, but guess it's not bad for not being able to ride for nearly 4 months. Ron

    Spyder Sightings

In Sierra Vista AZ Thursday afternoon, the 29th, was stopped at traffic light Fry and Coronodo. A GI, on a white RT pulled up next to me. I looked over to say Hi. The RT rider sat with visor down, sun shield down, eyes dead ahead, never bothered to acknowledge another Spyder. :hun: Now, I'm...
