• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    You may also want to replace the Torx drain plugs with hex ones such as Gold Plugs. They are magnetic and much easier to work with.

    To those that switched from an 1330 Rt-s to an F3 limited

    I went from a 2013 RS to a 2017 F3-S..totally different trikes(though not tourers in their stock form). I'm much more comfy on the F3, the ergonomics are much better and of course it has more power. Can Am "got the Spyder right" with the F3 in my opinion.

    F3 basic sway bar replacement

    Just curious, for this install are you replacing a sway bar, or adding one to it? If replacing, what's the difference between the old and the new? I'm thinking of maybe installing one, but it is a little pricey.

    2017 F3S - will it get vibrations? Does it have a belt tensioner?

    I have the 2017 F3S and it needed a belt tensioner, which I put on. All the vibration at 61 and 72 mph went away.

    Have you had an ECU Flash? How long did it take? Any good?

    Dealer reflash I'm just wondering, if the dealer uses BUDS for any maintenance, if that erases the flash. If so, there goes $300 down the toilet...Oops i just saw what needs to be done..

    I put a GPR muffler on my 2013 RS when I still had it. It made the bike slightly louder but sound much better. That V-twin 998 sounds good with the right pipe.

    I have my passenger seat on, but the icon lights up when I defeat VSS (Sport Mode). So I believe it's working..?

    FS-S turn off traction control

    Maybe it's just my Spyder, but It seems when you turn off VSS/traction control, it also changes the engine mapping/response. Mine seems a little quicker with the systems turned off. Is this true? The manual doesn't say, in fact all it says is how to enter "sport mode".

    2019 F3L. Front shocks....are they worth the money to install?

    Same bike as mine I have the same model. And it handles like a dream. I wonder if converting to an Elka rear shock will improve it even more? Also, upgrading the front tires?
