• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Thanks for all suggestions. The three leg puller did the trick. The splines had not worn off on the rear of the sprocket which held it on from the back side. You all have been so helpful.

    Thanks for the suggestions about the impact wrench. I finally got the bolt out but pulley/ sprocket won’t pull off. Does anyone know if there is some type of set screw holding it on the output shaft? Another hurdle but I will finish the race.

    Thanks for your suggestion but the splines of the sprocket are damaged/gone which allows shaft to spin inside sprocket. The bolt is attached to shaft that spins even when I put the bike in gear. I need to lock the shaft in place to break bolt loose.

    Front Sprocket Failure

    Hello all. Does anyone know how to remove the bolt holding the sprocket in place? Even in gear the shaft still moves when I am trying to loosen bolt. The sprocket has the belt attached and it doesn’t move so it is definitely the sprocket or shaft.
