• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any time limit on changing HCM filter during oil change? Is a 10 y/o filter good for a few more years?

When I changed mine at around 30,000 miles I was surprised at how clean it was on the inside when I broke it down.

Using 4 FOBO TPMS senders to monitor the tires + ACS too!

There has to be a good distance between the sensors when you configure them so it does not get signals from multiple units.

Battery drained after 3 & 1/2 weeks standing, cranking slow, and throwing VSS Error - is this normal? Any help appreciated...

Parasitic draw will typically drain a LiPO battery a little quicker than a standard because the total capacity of the LiPO is lower. The LiPO will have higher CCA but lower total Amp Hours.

My '21 S2S rattles quite badly for a few seconds after ~5 months layup start - any way to spin the motor without starting?

RTFM. It's in the manual for mine. That's "read the fine manual" BTW... 🤣

If you rotate the throttle to full open the starter will spin it over but the injectors will not add any fuel. Designed that way so you could clear a flooded condition.

Do you change the way you ride with a trailer attached? For safety??

On some of the roads I have been on, slowing down seems to limit the sharp loading on the trailer tongue, but it does not eliminate it. As long as the trailer hitch is connected to the swing arm it will always happen! The shock system on the tongue should reduce it.

Met a nice couple at Spyderpops during the last Hot Springs Rally. They gave me the contact info for the welding company that had built it. I tried to contact them several times, but had no luck. The info is at work and I will try to look it up Monday.
