• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    OK, so my question is

You'd need to show your release documentation from the mental hospital.

    Great Hot Sauce

The original family (Oscar Segura) still own the business and make their products in a very small rent-a-stall place in SW Tucson. You can buy their stuff on site there but if you walk into that place you'd best be wearing eye protection 'cause there will be chili dust in the air. :)

    Great Hot Sauce

Actually Kroger bought Fry's but Fry's still operates under its own name and carried Kroger branded products. Kind of like Albertson's and Safeway.

    Great Hot Sauce

I got hooked on a brand made in Tucson (since 1927 or so) called "Pablano". They make a variety of hot sauces including both red and green and can be found in Food City markets in the Phoenix metro area and also online: https://www.acaciart.com/galleries/poblano/

Why We Live Where We Do

I am also an Arizona native but have lived in many other places including Rochester. I have some observations: She will probably love the Summer. Much cooler than Phoenix, a bit of rain in the afternoons and many very pretty places to visit within a couple of hours drive (Finger Lakes...

    CALIFORNIA TO OUTLAW STRAWS

I've lived there. Nice views is right. And good riding....as long as you begin and end further north or south than the city limits and stay within sight of the coast. Eating is good if you prefer seafood or Chinese food. Other than that.....nothing to report (except the excellent Sourdough...

    CALIFORNIA TO OUTLAW STRAWS

It's not bad but there are many, and I mean MANY, nicer rides across the USA than the Texas hill country.

    CALIFORNIA TO OUTLAW STRAWS

Got to differ with that one Hoss. Having lived in multiple places in both states I would rank CA MUCH higher than NY and especially NYC in virtually every category. The happiest days of my life was seeing NY and VA in my rear view mirror. Having said that, I would move to upstate NY (think...

    Bye, bye stick-shift

I guess I am just old fashioned but I much prefer to be in total control of my vehicle, bike or car. What surprised me is I bought the SE for the wife but she didn't like the auto shift either.

    Bye, bye stick-shift

My family had two stick-shifts when I learned to drive cars. I had a manual motorcycle two years before that. My wife and kids all learned on sticks as well and that didn't change until I finally bought a car that didn't come with a stick. I have to admit I like sticks more than autos but it...

why would chrysler/fiat redesign an existing vehicle...

And I agree with Jerry. I can't remember FCA coming up with a real winner since the "merger". And no, I am not including their current muscle cars because these won't sell in high enough numbers to make a financial difference.

loisk, I didn't want to hijack your thread....

I agree. Note the difference between Franklin and McCain's services.

    Won by just this much....

Once again the idiot announcers misuse the term "drag race" to describe a close finish. Drag racing begins at a stop and not coming off turn 4 at full speed.

    Great ad!

Leave it to the Brits eh?

One of the greatest Singers of our time has passed

Just how was I "tactless"? I disagreed with the title of "the greatest" that virtually everyone else put on her singing (not on her person) and provided reasons why I feel this way. You said "one of the greatest" and I would still disagree with that as well, and for the identical reasons. You...

Gear up for the slide, not the ride

Cages drive on the sidewalks all the time - mostly coming out of parking lots or private driveways. And don't depend upon god to help you as he/she/it does not exist. The interview did not say he landed on his chin and judging by the very small wound it wasn't a huge hit. Doing a face plant...

Gear up for the slide, not the ride

No, actually it does not. A helmet might have kept his face/chin from touching the ground. When I was racing I was taught to turn my head sideways in a frontal get-off so that the helmet side takes the first bounce. It might not protect you from all injury but it is better than nothing. He...

One of the greatest Singers of our time has passed

I'm one of those people who does not agree with this thread. She is far from the "greatest". Mind you, I am not talking about Aretha the person but Aretha the singer. Compared to some other notable singers such as Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald and Dionne Warwick Aretha is a howler in the...

    OT: Cutting the Cable?

No such thing as a digital antenna. Check out the RF frequencies the surrounding stations are using and buy either a UHF or VHF (or combo) antenna. Most TV stations now broadcast in the UHF range.

    Rider harassment?

Coping an attitude can be perceived as a threat depending upon circumstances. Remember, it isn't YOUR determination, it is HIS. I always thought my eyes were pretty good but damned if I could determine his race if only his forearms were exposed and I was following some dozens of yards behind...
