• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FYI, for any disabled Veterans there is another pass called Access Pass. You can pick it up at your local game warden office and it allows you free entry into any national parks and some discounts on certain park amenities. Also, it is FREE!

Depending on the day I could probably squeeze in a meet and ride.

Riding in tight formation at 75+ MPH.

I have yet to ride in a group with the Spyder, or any trike ever. In my Harley days, riding with a VFW group, we always rode in staggered formation around Huntsville. I actually felt a little safer doing it on the interstate, because it is easier to see a group of bikes than just one. If we...

    New guy from North Alabama

About 300+. I came off a 99 Electra Glide and have 1000 or more on the RT I inherited from my dad. I'm starting to like it a little more, but it is taking a while.

    New guy from North Alabama

Me and a couple buddies started Rocket City Wranglers about a year ago or so. We have over 400 members now, and do a ride about once a month and an annual offroad driving class for new Jeep owners that join us.

    New guy from North Alabama

Welcome from Hazel Green. I'm still getting used to the Spyder also. I have thought about getting rid of it and going back to Harley, but after riding all this week in the rain I may have changed my mind. Its the only ride I have after bending my tie rod on my Jeep rock crawling a couple...

    FOBO Question

So if we can get into his google account can they be released through there? Or does it have to be from his last phone?

    FOBO Question

I inherited Ursamajor's Spyder after he passed. The problem is we can't find the app on his phone to release them. So I check them manually. No big deal, I've worked on helicopters long enough its relaxing to sit in the garage and toy with the Spyder or my Jeep on the weekends with a cold brew.

    FOBO Question

I have FOBO on standard stems. Cant use it though, because I don't know where Dad had the app loaded, so I can release them. :sour:

I'm storing it for Mom right now. She can't bring herself to sell it, so I have it in my garage and still take her for rides on it.

Not to rub it in but...

It will be almost 80 today in North Alabama and I only have to work for 2.5 more hours! Dropped off the Jeep and jumped on Ursamajor's Spyder to ride today.

    Winter riding clothes

I have a set of leather chaps and a leather jacket. With some thermals and a sweatshirt if needed I always stay warm. Only part that got me were my feet and hands, but with these heated grips I'm in heaven.

    New to Spyders

First of all, thank you for all the support from this group for my Dad Ursamajor. Sadly he passed the day before Father's Day, his cancer was in remission but his body never recovered. He was diagnosed 3 weeks after I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer, I beat it!!, so we talked a lot over the...
