• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Spyder Adventures Rally in Maggie Valley

    We will be coming up 10/7/18 but staying at Little Switzerland Inn for 3 nights to do some riding in that area and then moving to a 2 bedroom cabin on Wednesday in Maggie Valley. We reserved the cabin though HomeAway which is VRBO by another name. It is 3 miles from the rally site.

    I also find myroute app far better than basecamp. No need to transfer gpx files to basecamp to then transfer to your garmin. I used a mac with myroute a while ago with no issues but I use windows now as my mac committed suicide. I purchased a microsoft Surface and use windows 10 now.

    I use the Garmin 590 and lead rydes all the time. I use myroute to create my routes and then export to the Garmin. Myroute even has an app for the phone. Much easier than basecamp in my opinion. In fact, its so easy a 5th grader can do it.

    I have one on my 2017 F3 LTD and night and day difference in my opinion. Can ride for hours without wishing I needed a new butt. In fact, I have not reached that point where I needed to stop to give my butt a break.

    Here is what I use on the front wheels of my Spyder when trailering. I use a heavy duty ratchet strap thru the rear wheel to the anchors. Packem wheel tie down from e-trailer.
