• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Front wheel bearings.

Interesting info. I have a 2017 RTL and the left has a rough rumble when you spin the wheel. Was picked up at its yearly Warrant of fitness (it's a compulsory safety check we have in NZ.) It would be a rare thing to have a failure, I'm guessing. I have done just over 40,000Ks I had an earlier RT...

A note of Thanks Thanks for the suggestions people. Looks like a trip to the overpriced service provider to get a Buds calibration. Thanks again

More Air Bags My ride is a 2012 RTs. The compressor stopped producing air (shaft to crank screw loose) and I replaced it with the V1Air 97c from Amazon. Cost $74.00 NZD. It requires a little manipulation to install and moving the brake reservoir out from the frame a few mm so the compressor...

    Negative and positive camber

I have an outcome I guess. We have now done 40,000k's and the tire wear is now fairly even. With my shimmed right hand side. I am just going to have new tires fitted and then take the bike in for another alignment. They want $200.00 per tire for Kendra's plus 30.00 for fitting. Bloody burglers...

Right front tire wearing on inside

I have also had an issue with my right tire wearing unevenly on the inside and pulling to the left. Had the alignment checked twice by our local dealer and it was correct. I am from and engineering tinkering background and could not leave it at that as it was. I set up a laser based system to...

    Negative and positive camber

Thanks for the responses guys / girls, A note on the tire wear it is even and has no feathering. The bike has done 24000K (14000Miles) and it is the original Tires. I have checked the Pivots and ball joints and there id no undue wear. Everything is tight. The belt is tracking fine and always...

    Negative and positive camber

I have a 2012 SE5 RT and it pulls to the left somewhat when you let the bars go. You always feel like you are pulling it to the right. There was even tire wear on the left tire but the right tire is wearing on the inside. (excessive Camber) I have set up a system to measure the camber on the...
